Former Will And Grace stars Megan Mullally and Sean Hayes are reportedly to appear in their own spinoff sitcom.

The actors, who played Karen and Jack in the show, are filming a pilot for NBC which could result in a series hitting TV screens next autumn.

A source told the National Enquirer: "They feel there is still a lot of life left in their characters and a lot of comic possibilities."

Mullally has also filmedcomedy pilot Bad Mother's Handbook for ABC, playing the part of Alicia Silverstone's mother in the show.
