It's true! An Arrested Development movie will happen.

Reliable inside sources confirm to me that producers Mitch Hurwitz and Ron Howard have signed deals to do an Arrested movie with Imagine and Fox Searchlight.

Sources tell me exclusively that the major motion picture is budgeted at $15 million. (Translation: It will be awesome.)

"Yes, it's a go," an Arrested castmember who asked not to be named tells me. "We're all very excited. And it will happen with or without the holdout."

Wait a minute...The holdout? Yes, I'm also told exclusively by multiple sources that one of the show's original castmembers has not signed on to the movie...

"Yeah, [he or she] might not do it," an actor says of this costar. "However, I do know that we will do the project with or without [him or her]."

Guesses?

The good news is that aside from this actor (who, sorry, cannot be named), I'm told that all of the other main castmembers have committed to be a part of the big-screen project. And, yes, the show will go on.

So just to make sure it sinks in here: Arrested Development is coming back. For real. On the big screen. As a major motion picture.

Doesn't that make you fans so happy you just want to hug your "anal-rapist"? (Meaning Tobias Fünke, aka David Cross, aka the show's resident analyst/therapist, naturally.)

영화화된다는 기사는 예전부터 많이 났었는데 (기대하는 사람들이 많아서인지) 모두 기사화되기 무섭게 무산됐었고. 하지만 이번에는 진짜인듯 (진짜라고 믿고싶다 ㅠ_ㅠ) 그동안의 캔슬 주범은 조지마이클의 아들 역할을 맡았던 마이클 세라. 자신의 출연 여부를 떠나 영화화되는것을 반대했었는데, 기사에서 밝혀지지는 않았지만 출연 안하는 배우 상관없이 제작에 착수할듯!!
아 제발 ㅠ_ㅠ 푸싱도 캔슬된마당에.. 우리나라에 언제 개봉할지, 개봉 여부도 불투명하지만 무조건 영화화!! 무조건 영화화!! ㅠ_ㅠ 몸개그의 빈도나 개그의 강도로 따지면 최고의 시트콤이라고 생각하는데.. 아 갑자기 토바이어스가 보고파진다.. ㅠ_ㅠ

Live from New York...it's a Saturday night baby.

SNL "Weekend Update" anchor Amy Poehler and her partner in wisecracking, Will Arnett, welcomed their first child just hours before showtime. Archie Arnett checked in at 8 pounds, 1 ounce.

"Mother, baby and husband are all healthy and resting comfortably," NBC said in a statement.

The birth announcement came courtesy of Poehler's "Weekend Update" tag-team partner, Seth Meyers, at the opening of the fake news segment:

"Amy Poehler is not here tonight because she's having a baby. Now here are tonight's other top stories..."

Poeher previously confirmed that she would not returnto SNL as a regular after maternity leave, though she and producers were hoping Archie's grand debut would hold out until after the election.

After a stint on diaper duty, Poehler will begin work on a new NBC sitcomfrom the brain trust behind The Office.

블레이즈오브 글로리에서 돌아이 남매로 출연한거보고 참으로 어울리는 커플이라 생각했는데..
당연히 아들은 개그영재일듯...ㅋㅋ
